About Lexa
Alexandra P. Grayner, Esq. — San Francisco.

Alexandra P. Grayner, Esq. — known to her clients as “Lexa” — is an accomplished civil litigator who represents individuals whose rights have been violated by powerful entities: employees facing discrimination or retaliation by their employers, victims of police brutality and misconduct, and victims of sexual assault and exploitation. She also pursues impact litigation aimed at broader, systemic change.
Over more than a decade, Lexa has sharpened the litigation and negotiation skills her clients rely on today. She began her career clerking for former Chief Magistrate Judge Joseph C. Spero of the U.S. District Court, before moving into private practice at top-tier firms including Fenwick & West LLP, Covington & Burling LLP, and Buchalter P.C. In 2021, Lexa moved into the public sector, serving as a prosecutor in San Francisco and Alameda. As a prosecutor, she worked in both civil and criminal courtrooms, with a practice focused on bringing large-scale civil enforcement actions against corporate offenders under California's Unfair Competition Law.
Lexa represents clients on both contingency and hourly fee arrangements, so pursuing justice never depends on a client's ability to pay upfront.
